  • Yes, the program draws from methodologies in dance therapy, mindfulness, and holistic psychology to provide deeper understanding and support.

  • Yes, I am a certified Systemic Dance Therapist (BTD) and Alternative Psychotherapist (HPG) with extensive training in somatic-based therapy and psychological consultation. My approach integrates these certifications with over a decade of experience including clinical settings and private practice.

  • The program runs for 3 months (12 weeks) and includes:

    • 12 sessions (60–90 minutes each).

    • A preliminary movement analysis session to identify movement patterns. and related emotional topics.

  • Sessions can be held online via Zoom or in person at two locations in Jacó, Costa Rica.

  • Online sessions offer flexibility in scheduling and location, allowing you to participate no matter where you are.

  • Yes, you will receive somatic practices and dance inspirations to continue your inner work at home. These exercises help integrate insights into your daily life.

  • Currently, I do not offer individual classes outside of the Somatic Dance Mentoring program.

  • No, this is a personal, somatic-based program tailored to your needs. It is not a vocational training or certification course.
